SUBJECT:
Request for public prosecution against the suspects and for the victim's safety to be ensured.

EXPLANATIONS:

1. My client's 14-year-old daughter, Nurgül, was abducted from her family home in … Village, Ankara, approximately 25 days ago by her uncle's son, suspect KA, and other defendants, with the intention of forcing her into marriage. The defendants forced their way into the house around 1:00 AM, tied my client's hands and feet, and took her away from the house under threat and coercion.
2. My client filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office under file number …/… regarding the whereabouts of her daughter, but despite the time that has passed, no results have been obtained yet. The inability to locate the victim days after the incident is causing serious concern for the health and safety of the girl.
3. The victim, Nurgül, contacted my client by phone on …/…/… and reported that she was being held against her will in the house of the suspect, …, in … District, … Village, and that she was being prevented from leaving. We are concerned that the girl will be forced into marriage. It is necessary that the victim be immediately rescued from the environment in which she is being held against her will, that her safety be ensured, and that the suspects be punished.
4. This incident involves not only a violation of the victim's fundamental rights but also serious crimes such as forced marriage, deprivation of liberty, and sexual abuse. Therefore, immediate action must be taken against the suspects.

LEGAL GROUNDS:

Articles 103, 109 and related provisions of the Turkish Penal Code, and Articles 90 and 100/3-a-6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and related legislation.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:

For the reasons explained above:

1. The necessary legal proceedings should be initiated against the suspects
2. Search, arrest, and detention warrants were issued for the suspects' addresses
3. I request that the victim be located and safely returned to my client
4. As legal counsel, I respectfully request and demand that a public prosecution be initiated and that all necessary measures be taken to protect the rights of the victim.
