EXPLANATIONS :

1. My client -Name and Surname- is employed as a civil servant at the Municipality. Throughout his professional career, he has received numerous accolades and awards and is known for his diligence and honesty.
2. As can be seen from the document I have attached, an unnamed individual filed a complaint with CİMER (Turkish Presidential Communication Center) on …/…/… with document number …, alleging that my client accepted bribes and making an unjust and untrue complaint. These allegations, unfortunately, tarnish my client's reputation and the career he has built over many years.
3. The Prime Ministry authorized a disciplinary investigation with its decision dated …/…/… and numbered …. After the necessary legal procedures were completed, a thorough investigation of my client revealed no elements of wrongdoing, and it was decided that there was no need for further action. My client was also subjected to significant psychological pressure from his family and social circle during this process.
4. When we requested the individual's name, municipal officials verbally informed us that they could not provide it and that it would only be given upon request by the public prosecutor's office. This constitutes a significant obstacle to our client's pursuit of justice.
5. In our opinion, the complainant has violated the mandatory provision of Article 267, paragraph 1 of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and has committed a crime against my client with his unfounded and slanderous allegations. This incident has deeply damaged my client's personal and professional reputation and negatively affected his quality of life.
6. In order to compensate my client for the damages he suffered, to ensure justice is served, and to prevent such unjustified complaints, it has become necessary to conduct the required investigation, identify the person who filed the complaint, and take action against them.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: In light of the facts and events we have presented and explained above, and the matters that your esteemed office may consider ex officio, we respectfully request, on behalf of our client, that the necessary investigation be conducted and a criminal case be opened for the punishment of the suspect.
