EXPLANATIONS:
1- Within the framework of the arbitration agreement signed between the parties, my clients have been appointed as arbitrators in the energy investment matter. My clients have diligently worked on the relevant dispute, managed the arbitration process, and submitted the decision to the ... Civil Court of First Instance for notification to the parties.

2- No agreement was reached between my clients and the defendants regarding arbitration fees. The defendants are wealthy individuals and neglected to consider the need to determine arbitration fees during the dispute resolution process. However, when my clients requested payment for this service, they were met with a negative attitude and no payment was made.

3- My clients have been compelled to file this lawsuit in order to receive compensation for the services they provided as arbitrators. It is a legal requirement that they be compensated for their efforts and responsibility throughout the arbitration process.
