CASE: Request for a protection order

EXPLANATIONS:

1- My clients, the plaintiffs, and their daughter were married on …/…/… A daughter named … was born from this marriage. This daughter, …, is 7 years old.

2- The defendant's spouse died in a work accident 5 years ago, and the defendant mother has been raising the child alone for about 2 years. However, the defendant is both financially struggling and an alcoholic, leaving the 7-year-old child, ..., in need of care. The defendant mother is unable to meet the child's needs or provide a good family environment. Therefore, she left the child with the child's aunt. My client is elderly and suffering from cancer, making it difficult for her to even meet her own needs. Therefore, she is struggling to adequately care for her nephew. Since the child needs protection, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit to have the child placed in one of the shelters affiliated with the General Directorate of Social Services and Child Protection Agency.

EVIDENCE: Population records, medical reports, witness statements, and all other types of evidence.

LEGAL GROUNDS: Code of Civil Procedure and related legislation.
