AGENCY AGREEMENT

Parties:

Article 1: Subject This agreement is entered into for the purpose of the Parent Company granting the Agent agency rights regarding [specified product/service]. The Agent is obligated to promote, sell, and market the Parent Company's products and/or services under the specified terms and conditions.

Article 2: The Agency's Obligations

1. The agency will do its best to promote, market, and sell the Parent Company's products [in the specified region or market].
2. The agency will regularly transmit all information regarding the customers to whom it will make sales to the Main Company and will submit regular reports on sales.
3. The agent will sell the main company's products only at the prices determined by the main company and will not offer any discounts.

Article 3: Obligations of the Parent Company

3. The main company will provide information and support regarding the products in accordance with the agency's requests.
4. The Parent Company will provide the Agent with all necessary materials and information in a timely manner to enable it to carry out its agency activities.

Article 4: Agency Fee and Payment Terms
