The immovable property with parcel number ... on island ... located in ... village, ... district, ... province, was inherited from our common ancestor and has been used by us for many years.
The property in question was bequeathed to us as a result of an informal and consensual partition between the parties while the deceased was alive. The defendants have no possession or claim to any rights in this property.
However, due to the lawsuit heard in the ... Civil Court of First Instance, case number .../..., decision number .../..., the owner's section of the said property was left blank during the cadastral survey.
Therefore, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit to challenge the cadastral record and obtain a court decision ordering the registration of the property in our name in accordance with our rights inherited from our deceased relative.
