ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 3 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. SERVICE PROVIDER'S OBLIGATIONS

3.2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE RECIPIENT

  • To comply with service regulations and ensure that the persons being transported are in the vehicle at the specified times.
  • Avoid any behavior that could cause material or moral damage to the vehicle during the transportation service .
  • Paying the fees set for the transportation service on time.
  • Service vehicles must not contain alcohol, cigarettes, or hazardous materials.

ARTICLE 4 – FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The total fee for the service is [Amount] TL + VAT

ARTICLE 5 – SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

5.2. The service provider delays caused by vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, or force majeure .

5.3. In the event of loss or damage to passengers' belongings, the service provider is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.


ARTICLE 6 – TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND FORCE MAJEURE

6.1. If either party acts in breach of the contract terms, the other party may terminate the contract by giving written notice [X] days in advance.

6.2. If the performance of the service becomes impossible due to force majeure, the parties agree to find a solution in good faith . Force majeure includes:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, etc.)
  • Legal regulations and prohibitions
  • War, terrorist incidents, and general security issues

ARTICLE 7 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

7.1. Any disputes that may arise between the parties shall primarily be attempted to be resolved through conciliation.

7.2. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute, the [Competent Court] Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.


ARTICLE 8 – FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. This agreement has been drawn up and signed in two (2) copies by the parties with their free will .
