5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1 Seller's Obligations

- The seller is responsible for regularly maintaining and cleaning.
- The seller is responsible for resolving any circumstances that might prevent the buyer from using the timeshare.
- The seller must fully complete all legal permits and title deed procedures related to the timeshare property.
5.2 Buyer's Obligations
- The buyer agrees to use the timeshare only for the specified period.
- The buyer is responsible for repairing any damage that may occur within the timeshare property.
- The buyer undertakes to comply with the facility rules and management plan.
- The buyer is obligated to fulfill payment requirements on time.
6. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing and can terminate the contract without paying any penalty.
- Even if the Buyer decides not to use the timeshare after the cancellation period has expired, they are still obligated to fulfill their payment requirements.
- the seller determines that the timeshare is being used in a manner contrary to the contract, they may unilaterally terminate the contract.
- The seller reserves the right to cancel the timeshare rights of the buyer who fails to fulfill their payment obligations and to transfer the timeshare to another buyer.
7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
- The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement primarily through negotiation .
