2. Economic and Family Situation: My client earns his living through agriculture and is currently harvesting the crops in the field as a laborer. The fact that my client is a farmer means his family is also dependent on agriculture. Therefore, since his family has no other source of income, their livelihood would be jeopardized. My presence is essential for harvesting and marketing the crops and meeting my family's needs. Implementing a prison sentence at this critical time would cause irreparable harm to both my family and my agricultural activities.
