EXPLANATIONS:

1. I have another hearing at another court (case number …/…) at the same time, at …/…/…, as I have a hearing scheduled for …/…/… with your court regarding the case number I mentioned above. Therefore, it is not possible for me to attend both hearings simultaneously.
2. I believe that, given the importance of the case, I should personally attend this hearing. My presence is essential to fully defend the plaintiff's rights and interests. Since I am required to attend another hearing at the same time, I will not be able to fully exercise my right to defense in this case. To prevent this situation from negatively impacting my client's right to a fair trial, I request that the hearing be postponed.
