EXPLANATIONS:

1. My client and the defendant were married on (date). The parties have one child together, born on (child's name and date of birth).

2. The parties experienced numerous arguments while living in (the country) and throughout their marriage, and witnessed on multiple occasions that they had irrevocably hurt each other and lost respect for one another. After these arguments, they calmly admitted to each other that the foundations of their marriage had been shaken and that living together no longer made them happy. Therefore, the defendant returned to (the country). This situation made the marriage unbearable for both parties, and the marriage effectively ended.

3. The defendant and the client have amicably come together and reached an agreement on the financial, material, and moral consequences of the divorce, as well as on alimony. Both parties see no benefit in continuing the marriage. Since there is no longer any benefit or hope in continuing the marriage, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.

LEGAL GROUNDS: Article 166 of the Turkish Civil Code, the Code of Civil Procedure, and related legislation.
