1- You have registered to benefit from educational services pursuant to the contract you entered into with our client institution dated …/…/…. While you were expected to make regular installment payments according to the payment plan established within the framework of this contract, there have been delays in these payments. Currently, your debt to our client institution remains unpaid, and this debt must be paid.

2- There is no other written or verbal agreement as claimed by you. Therefore, I hereby notify you that you must pay your debt to the client institution within three (3) days of the notification of this notice, otherwise legal action will be taken and enforcement proceedings will be initiated against you, and all expenses and attorney fees in this process will be charged to you.
