EXPLANATIONS:

1. A payment order, applicable to summary proceedings, has been sent to my client via the file numbered above. We are objecting to this payment order within the legal time limit.
2. My client has no debt whatsoever to … Water and Sewerage Inc., which appears as the creditor in the file. Therefore, I explicitly object to the enforcement proceedings, the debt, the payment order, the interest rate, the accrued interest, and all related charges.
3. I would also like to point out that the payment order does not contain information regarding the client's actual debt and interest rate, therefore both the debt and the interest need to be recalculated, and the accrued interest is not in accordance with proper procedure.
