Negligent Injury Due to Traffic Accident

For example, this includes cases where the victim suffers a permanent scar on their face, or a pregnant woman experiences premature birth or miscarriage. Furthermore, if there is conscious negligence involved, meaning the defendant foresaw the resulting consequences but continued their actions, the sentence is also increased.
