On February 20, 2020, I was wounded in the leg in an attack by Syrian regime warplanes in the Neirab region of Syria, and two of my comrades were martyred. Shrapnel fragments remain in my leg, and due to the internal injury, my tendons and muscles are fused together, making it difficult to perform certain tasks. Despite all this time, no one has contacted me. I'm only receiving a medical report from the state hospital, which diagnoses me with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This has also led to hypertension. My fibula bone has fused in a C-shape. I will most likely receive disability benefits. However, as you know, this is the first time since the Battle of Gallipoli that our army has been attacked by aircraft belonging to another country. Currently, I receive my salary plus a compensation payment of around 4,000 Turkish Lira for my injury. Beyond this, I have no information about my personal rights.
