Petition for Interim Alimony

Interim alimony is a law and regulation established because the legislator foresees that the woman will experience financial difficulties during the period from the beginning of the divorce proceedings to their conclusion. The court determines whether the woman has fallen into or will fall into poverty, but this poverty is not related to the poverty line defined and defined by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUİK). Because the issue is not about experiencing poverty, but about "becoming impoverished.".

2- Since my client's parents do not have sufficient financial resources to provide adequate financial support for their children, my client requested the defendant, ……, to allocate a monthly allowance for their children and to pay …..
