INHERITANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SPOUSES

MUTUAL INHERITANCE AGREEMENT IN THE FORM OF A REGULATION

PARTIES:

2. Deceased: (Full Name), (Turkish Republic Identity Number), (Address)

CONTRACT TEXT:

We, the undersigned spouses, without any coercion and of our own free will, and in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Civil Code regarding inheritance agreements, have agreed on the following matters to be valid after our death:

1. Party (Spouse): > “If my spouse (Name of the Other Spouse) survives me, I hereby designate them my sole and full heir . I make this disposition on the condition that my spouse also designates me as their heir. I wish for my other legal heirs to respect this intention.”

2. Party (Spouse): > “I hereby accept and confirm the statements made above by my spouse (Name of the Other Spouse). Likewise, provided that my spouse survives me, I hereby bequeath all my assets, rights, and interests registered in my name at the time of my death to my spouse and appoint her as my heir. I hope that this mutual inheritance agreement will not become the subject of any legal dispute by our legal heirs.”

DECLARATION AND ACCEPTANCE: We declare that we have entered into this inheritance agreement in exchange for each other's obligations (gratuitously and without consideration), that we understand the terms of the agreement, and that we wish for these declarations of intent to be put into official form.
