SUBJECT:
This is a request for protective measures, in accordance with Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women, due to the physical, psychological, economic, and sexual violence inflicted upon my client by the defendant.

EXPLANATIONS:

1. My client was subjected to violence repeatedly during her marriage to the defendant, and was forced to leave her home following the most recent incidents of violence. The defendant inflicted both physical and psychological abuse on my client, and also subjected her to financial pressure. In the most recent incident, the defendant threatened my client with death and stated that he would forcibly take their children from her. Due to these threats and the violence she suffered, my client sought refuge with her children at her father's house.
2. The defendant spouse has subjected my client to constant physical and psychological pressure and continued to threaten her. Specifically, she has threatened to kill my client and her family through phone calls and messages. My client lives in severe anxiety and fear as a result of these threats. The defendant spouse has explicitly stated that she will raid my client's father's house, forcibly take her children, and never let her see them again.
3. My client, due to the violence and threats she experienced, had temporarily stayed in a women's shelter, but was forced to return to her father's house because of her children's education and needs. However, she has not been able to live in a safe environment again due to the defendant's threats. The defendant has seriously affected my client's psychology, and the fact that the defendant insulted and attacked my client in the courthouse further demonstrates that the defendant is a violent individual.
4. My client urgently needs a protection order from your esteemed court to escape these fears and threats. It has become imperative that the necessary measures be taken to ensure she can live safely with her children and recover from the effects of the trauma she has experienced.

Law No. 6284 and related legislation.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:
For the reasons explained above, we request the following from your esteemed Court;

1. The defendant shall be prohibited from committing any acts of violence, threats, or insults against my client
2. He shall not approach my client's residence or any places where he may be,
3. The defendant shall not contact or harass my client in any way through communication channels,
4. Restriction or termination of personal relations between the joint children and the defendant,
5. I respectfully request and demand that all necessary measures be taken urgently in accordance with Law No. 6284.
