SUBJECT: Request for initiation of a public prosecution.

EXPLANATIONS:

1. My client's (Father's Name and Surname) 14-year-old daughter (Daughter's Name) was abducted a few days ago at around 1:00 AM from their home in (Region/Village) by the other suspects, with the intention of forcing her into marriage with her uncle's nephew (Suspect 1 Name and Surname). During this time, my client's hands and feet were tied to prevent him from resisting, and physical force was also used against the victim. Since that day, there has been no news or contact with the victim.

2. The complainant (Father's Name and Surname) filed a criminal complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office on (Date) regarding this incident. However, the investigation could not be completed because his daughter could not be found. My client spoke with his daughter (Daughter's Name) on the phone on (Date) and she stated that she was being held against her will in the house of a person named (Person's Name and Surname) in (District) district, (Village), and that she needed help and wanted to leave there as soon as possible.

3. The victim was subjected to psychological and physical abuse while being held against her will in the house where she was abducted. She states that she was constantly pressured into marriage, threatened, and prevented from contacting her family.
4. It is believed that the suspects took advantage of the victim's family's economic situation to try to force their daughter into marriage and committed the crime for this purpose. This further increases the gravity of the incident.
5. Given the victim's age and the trauma she has experienced, it is vital that the incident be resolved as soon as possible and that the victim be safely returned to her family.
6. The suspects' actions have profoundly affected not only the victim but also her entire family's psychological and social life. My client and her family are experiencing great pain and anxiety due to this traumatic event.

LEGAL GROUNDS: Turkish Penal Code Articles 103 (Sexual Abuse), 109 (Deprivation of Liberty) and related legislation.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST:

For the reasons explained above, I respectfully request and demand that an immediate investigation be launched against the suspects, and that the necessary procedures be carried out in accordance with Articles 90 and subsequent articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure to apprehend and detain the suspects and to locate the victim and return her to her family.
