EXPLANATIONS:

1. The suspect repeatedly sent insulting messages to my client via social media. Despite my client warning him to stop, the suspect continued these insulting and disturbing behaviors with a sadistic sense of pleasure, and also targeted my client's family, causing distress to both my client and his family. Due to these actions and messages, my client has suffered harm and wishes to benefit from the protection of the law by filing a complaint.

2. The suspect's threats have inevitably affected the daily lives of my client and his family. Having to endure this insulting and humiliating behavior, my client and his family have inevitably felt insecure and have even considered moving to another city. Furthermore, the suspect's actions towards my client have damaged his honor, reputation, and dignity.

3. The suspect's recent messages contain phrases such as "...", "...". These messages constitute the crime of threat as defined in Article 106 and the crime of insult as defined in Article 125 of the Turkish Penal Code.

4. For the reasons explained above, a public prosecution should be initiated against the suspect who committed the crimes of threats and insults against my client.

EVIDENCE: Social media message records, witness statements, and other evidence.

LEGAL GROUNDS: Articles 106 and 125 of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 and related legislation.
